I received a product in July, i called 2 days after this receipt to have the product refunded. There is a 7 day period within which this needs to be lodged and collected, however i am still waiting a month on and now being told it is outside the 7 day period. I have sent 8 emails confirming my email address, address of delivery/collection as well as my number, but still no one has come back to me to collect and refund. I chanted to a lady last week Friday, and she guaranteed that the refund would be processed and in my account within 3 working days and they would arrange that someone collect the product after. I called again today, now being told that i cannot get a refund as it is outside the 7 days of the allowed period for this to happen. Groupon has been so laid back about getting back to me for a refund, obviously it is outside the 7d ay period. It took them 7 days to respond to my first email. This is totally unacceptable and i will not be taking this lying down. The product which i ordered is not what was represented in the ad or on the actual box. The quality is poor and unacceptable and i want a FULL refund on my credit card and NOT groupon credit.
