Complaint / review text:
On 06 Nov 2014 I placed an order on Groupon for "Hazlo Goose Feather and Down Duvet" and I still haven't received it. I've been trying to query why this is but I get no feedback at all!
In the fine print it clearly states "Delivery for this product will occur within 2 weeks." and the status been "Your order is preparing for shipment or has been dispatched." for over 2 weeks now. Aside from not receiving this item I've used their "Customer Support" feature on their website 3 times, I've sent 2 emails and called 3 times.
I haven't received a single response on Customer Support feature or on any of the emails I sent. 1st time I called I waited in queue for so long only to have called dropped when I was first in line. 2nd time they told me there were a problem in the warehouse and item would be here within a week (week already passed since then). 3rd time I waited in queue for 1hour and when I finally spoke to an consultant (Pumza) she told me there is a tracking number but no activity, so she will find out and call me back... Guess what... Still haven't had a call back!
Btw, when you call it repeats "please email us on for FASTER response" - COMPLETE LIE!!!
