I purchased a vacation package from Bj's Vacations I requested and confirmed a poll junior suite with private pool staying at the Finest Playa Mujeres. My confirmation states 1 pool junior suite when we arrived we got 1 junior suite with spa or pool view which is not the same and the price is different. I was charged for what I wanted but did not receive it. When we called bj's from resort they were not helpful and they were suppose to email us in 24 hours with a resolution which they never did. Once back in the states I spoke to rep who orignally booked the trip for me she stated it was a difference in the wording I then requested a supervisor who said he would look into I suggested he pull the original call. He called me back about 10 days later to state although I asked for 1 pool junior suite and that is what I confirmed that is not what the csr confirmed prior to the end of the call and that even though my confirmation states 1 pool junior suite it's not the pool junior suite with private pool its really the junior suite with spa or pool view. After several calls and aggravation I have issued a complaint with the better business bureau and my attorney general office is now also getting involved. I will not allow bj's to get away with charging me for something I did not receive.
