Complaint / review text:
I traded 3 horses, well bred cutting horses. This was supposed to be an exchange for 3 well broke trail riding horses.
Never got them. Her and her father got my horses. Every time I went to her place I was told before I got there that she had some awesome perfect riding horses. It took me months to finally get communication from her.
When I finally was able to go to her place in Stockton, she showed me horses that were sick, lame and not what was promised. I finally ended having to take 3 horses that were underweight, not trained and not of the caliber she had promised. I felt that I had no choice but to take what she was pawning off on me. I was told that they were all registered quarter horses.
I still to this date have not received papers on the palomino mare. Plus the 3 horses that I traded went to her dad. Then, she and Christy, decided to charge me board on the 3 horses that I was supposed to get even though they were not there and I did not get any horse until almost 7 months later. They had a horse of mine that they sold, they kept all of the money, tallying up charges that were not appropriate and never agreed upon.
I feel that I am out close to $6,000 due to this woman's unprofessionalism and inappropriate business practice, or lack thereof. I ended up with 3 horses that were not what I was supposed to get and was very dissaspointed in Lynda. I am amazed at all of the complaints I am finding. I had written this off to a really bad experience but perhaps I have done the wrong thing.
A person such as this should not be allowed to continue to cheat, misrepresent and take advantage of people. I was deliberately taken advantage of by both Lynda and Christy, her apparent partner.
