Complaint / review text:
I called in an ordered a bag for my Thomas Kincade tree and a bracelet for my son. I received the bracelet two days later and the bag about a week later.
When I looked at my checking account I noticed that not only was I charged for express shipping but they ran each item separate which made the shipping fee more. When I called the company the customer service was awful and I got no results. When I asked for a supervisor I was told they were not available. When I suggested them listen to the recording of the call to see that I DID NOT ask for express they informed me that they do not record phone calls.
I will NEVER order from them again. Not only did they over charge me the customer service SUCKS!!!
