I ordered a "free" trial for shipping only - $4.97. I was going to try the product for a month and then decide if I wanted to buy it again. On Day 15, my credit card was charged for $97.81. When I called to complain, I was told the best they could do was refund me half or $48.91 and send me "free" eye cream. I will complain to my credit card company and see what they can do once the charge is posted. This is awful and not a good way to get full-time customers. She said I checked a box. I don't remember a box because I looked for such a thing. I am so disgusted with this company. They should have refunded my money. I would have gladly mailed back most of the product as I haven't used it even for two weeks. The foreign lady would not understand and would not give me a refund but she did cancel my subscription that I didn't even know I had. Bad customer service for sure.
