Complaint / review text:
After watching the Sheer Cover advert on a shopping channel, I really thought this would be perfect for my red, dry skin. Tried to order online, selected product and entered all details to which I would be told an email confirmation would be sent.
The following day, still no email so I went on their contact details and tried to get in touch. No way I am paying to ring them so tried to speak to 3 online representatives with the same greeting message then 5 minutes later no reply and they just disconnect! So I sent an email, a rather pissed off email at that. The next day I get a response claiming she needs me to email back my name, address and original question with account details to find my order!
Do as wished but without bank details, an email comes through back saying again they need my name, address, original question and bank details as they cant find my order! Seriously?
I give up, I don't want the product that bad to give my bank details through an email and repeat myself 3 times to a incompetent sales rep. Don't bother as you cant get anywhere with this company and heaven forbid you have a problem as you can't get hold of anyone with half a brain cell!
