I applied for car finance from The Car Finance Company (CFC) for an Audi A3 at Global Motors. I was called to Global Motors on 24 April 2014 (Thursday) to sign the relevant paper and was told that I will receive the vehicle the following day. The next day I was inform by Global Motors (complaint to follow) that they are still sorting the vehicle out as there is still minor fix work and I will receive the vehicle Saturday. Only on the 6 May 2014 I eventually receive the vehicle, but it was still faulty and sent the vehicle back. After numerous attempts to fix vehicle I requested to cancel the deal on 20 May 2014 and requested copy of contract. Only on 6 June 2014 I was requested to fill in complaints form and they will attend to matter. By now a payment was deducted. The prompt reply was that I signed for vehicle on 24 April and held responsible. When I disputed the fact that I am still without vehicle and requested contact again they. On contract one can clearly see date was scribbled in by someone. I have sent 6 emails (and counting) but just get NO response. Beware of this company people!!!
