I submitted a claim to Outsurance on 14/08/14, regarding an accident I had on 13/08/14. I was very impressed with the way in which they assisted me up to the point of when they got the assessor to assess my car. Assessor report indicated they will only pay about 50% of the value of the quote that was submitted. After enquiring with the service consultant Anwar Khan, I was informed telephonically that since my vehicle is no longer under warranty they will not be paying for original parts and will pay for pirate parts only. I have had my vehicle since brand new and have been with Outsurance from 01/01/11, my vehicle was never involved in any damage and I have not submitted any claim prior to this claim. I am unhappy to accept this as my only option. It will devalue my vehicle.
