Complaint / review text:
On 4/8/2014 I've opened a BB account. On 5/8 I received an e-mail from FNB BB to upload doc's online, but haven't received a ref nr. To do so. I logged a call on FNB online to contact me. On 11/8 I received a call from FNB, I can't talk, I'm in a meeting & the consultant says she'll e-mail me. Again the e-mail has no contact details or reply option and still asks for a ref nr. I contacted FNB BB again & the consultant confirmed I must email docs to I've done so on 11/8. Then I received a reply on 12/8 for outstanding docs, I replied with the outstanding docs the same day. On 14/8 I visited FNB Menlyn Square to see if I can sort out the delay. I've spent almost 2 hrs at the branch, with the consultant trying to get to the correct person who can explain whats going on. On 14/8 I again an email request for outstanding docs, that was already submitted with previous email on 12/8, I then again sent the docs. 20/8 I followed up with FNB BB, Lyle Garcia will check & give feedback, at 17h00 received call from Ntombi to open account with security que's. OTP system doesn't work, my profile is blocked. Call from Wesley on 21/8, profile locked - can't help.
