Incorrect e-wallet reversal

At 10:06 when I hung up the call after I made the call this was actually a complaint. Now I must say thank s to Hlengiwe Mkhize (at the cellphone banking call centre it has changed to a compliment. Thank u very much for assisting me and I know I was a pain when I called. Thank you for your tolerance and being calm and everything. Now I need you to reverse the e-wallet fees for the one you wrongly reversed. I need that money. You know we are struggling.
