Our Access Bond was cancelled without notification and now we can't access all the additional funds that we paid into the bond. The Bond account is supposed to be an ACCESS Bond, but we can't ACCESS our funds! We have been trying since 11 June to sort it out, and only after numerous phone calls and emails did they say on 21 July that it will take 3 to 4 hours to have it sorted out (reference number 59353603). Then eventually on 6 August we were told to reapply to have the Access Bond reinstated, which we grudgingly went through all the red tape again. After more phone calls (can only leave messages) and emails, we are still not getting any response, and we still can't access our surplus funds!
