Complaint / review text:
I am not even sure where to start! I took out both a Loan and a Smart device with FNB. I was then retrenched and fell short on my payments, I have been handed over which is fair, I was contacted 3 months ago by the legal department from FNB and made arrangements to pay R500 a month on each, which I was told was fine.
Since then I have twice been debited the R500 and an additional R1500, this then caused me hours of aggrevation on the phone trying to have the R1500 reversed. The latest mess now is that The company Blake and associates that was handling my Smart account debt recovery, is no longer in charge, they have not credited a cent to my smart device account, the account is now with hammond pole and they expect me to pay them R500 and Blake has already taken their R500???!!!
What the is going on at FNB!?
