Not resolving issues on my account

Complaint / review text:
Std Bank home loans incorrectly charged my insurance on my bond. I have logged the complaint before and they said they will resolve.
After weeks and weeks and asking them for feedback have I heard nothing.
I gave them proof of insurance, then that was not enough. This lady said as per T&C's I gave permission, after I clearly indicated to her that T&C states that the client has to give the bank permission to request someone to contact you for insurance, have not heard from her regarding this matter again. They charged my bond account with R 4 375 without my knowledge and permission.
Now they do not want to fix it!
They took out insurance without my permission, and debited my account, without my permission and they do not want to fix it.
What is there to do, you cant go to a branch you can do nothing. They just do not give a feather.
