Lack our Urgency on 3'rd party claim

On 9 Sept my vehicle was involved in an accident. I obtained the insurance details to register a 3'rd party claim. On about 11 September all documentation was submitted to the broker who sent everything through to Mutual and Federal. I initially dealt with "Valencia" who took about a week to register the claim. She told me that my claim would be sent to a Liability Negotiator who would give me a settlement value on the car. I told her the car did not need to be settled, it needed to be repaired! She explained that the liability negotiator would offer me something to fix my car. I asked if this would be in-line with the 2 quotes I submitted to repair the vehicle. She said she was not sure but if not then that would be my problem! About 2 weeks later I was referred to a Levy Bodibe who was the Liability Negotiator. Levy took another week or so to review the claim and have it appointed to an assessor. After numerous calls my me, I was then told my car had been repaired (yet it is still in my garage!) and all was closed! More waiting then apologies then sent to an assessor, Now it is going to take a manager a week to approve the claim! 1 month later my car is still not fixed
