We recently went through with FNB and waited more than three months to get a non-authorised transaction from Garcinia Basics reversed on my wife's FNB Bank account. Her bank card was cancelled and a new one issued to so called prevent any further transactions from Garcinia Basics from going through. A client deposited funds into her account today and immediately after the deposit Garcinia put through a deduction again throwing her account into a negative balance. Firstly this transaction was not authorised by her in any way and further how did the transaction go through with the old card being cancelled. Why did fnb not block the transaction and honour our request to not let any transactions from garcinia basics go through on the account.
this is blatant and the transaction is. We requested that fnb block all transactions from this company so why has fnb allowed the transaction to go through.
Bottom line this transaction must be reversed immediately and the account restored to its proper standing. We are not prepared to go through the inconvenience we did with the previous incident.
So much for fnb prevention!!!
