Complaint / review text:
I called the debt review dept and was put through to Rene. She was not willing to listen to what I was saying kept talking while I was talking to her and became sarcastic. All I needed was my questions answered and not get a bad attitude she gave me. What happened to listening customer's needs and helping!!! Rene needs to go back to training and she does not have people's skills and no passion for customer service. She hung up on me and that is really rude. I called again and spoke to Bronwyn who answered my questions. People like Rene give customer service consultants and good companies a bad name. She needs to leave her attitude at home when she reports for duty.
