I am not comfortable with the laid back approach that FNb is taking with my query. I went to a branch to update my personal details (La Lucia mall). The consultant that assisted me made copies of my payslip and id, and confirmed that my details were successfully updated. Now when I logged into my onlin profile, my details were not changed. I tried to update them myself, the system would not update. I ended up emailing FNB, since calling them did not help. The lady that was assisting said she saw no notes referencing the update made in La lucia, so not it's either the consultant made no updates, or there's no way of finding out if anyone touches a customer's profile. Nobody has come back to me about this, that lady said she was going to call La lucia. How secure are we then, FNB?
