Complaint / review text:
I took out a life policy for my mother last month, the policy document i received covers life and accident.
Monthly instalment is R311 only to be debited R257. On query, i find out the policy was changed for only accidental and not life cover due to my mother being a stroke patient. Her having a stroke was disclosed to the consultant. Futhermore, i did not receive the policy document when it was changed to only accidental.
Almost a month passed till the first instalment went off now in November only to find out the above and natual will still not be covered after the HIV test.
All i got was an apology and assurance to be refunded.
