Delay in claim progress

On the 08th of September 2014 I was involved in a car accident in Pretoria West. I was in contact with the insurance company the very day regarding towing of the vehicle as it couldn't move on its own. That part was sorted out immediately and the following day was in contact with the insurance company again and they forwarded me the claim forms on the 11th an assessor from Inyathi assessors came to assess the vehicle. From that point we've been in communication with Daniella regarding the claim. My concern is that it's been two months already and no one has given us feedback regarding the progress of the claim and yet we were told that the claim takes three to four weeks to be finalised it's now more than two months and we still have no idea whatsover with progress. I sent an email to Daniella on the 4th of November asking about the progress and never received any feedback. I really find the service to be very poor. I believe a customer is atleast entitled to feedback.
