Complaint / review text:
I'm very agitated with FNB Smart Device and their legal department. They delivered the Smart Device the past 2 years to a person who opened a cheque account using my details. I do not have an account with them yet they are pestering me constantly with a stupid device that I never received. I have supplied all the documents they requested and yet they are failing to close the matter. This is really annoying. Their legal depart does not answer calls and they are very incompetent. They then handed me to debt collectors and threatening me. They moved from a debt collector in Randburg, in Durban and this is the third also from Durban. Today I learned that I'm handed to another now in Joburg. Their incompetency is tarnishing my credit record for that matter. How can they deliver a device after they were warned that the account is not valid? Again incompetency.
