Complaint / review text:
I experienced a debit order transaction of R299 with reference Sage Pay. On contacting Sage Pay i was given 3 phone numbers to contact for Liara Paige Trading in Durban 0763501640/0768138710/0318374222 - unable to get through to any of the numbers.
I have managed to get my bankers to reverse the debit order however at my cost.
My question is how do these people obtain consumers banking details.
Something needs to be put in place that the bank does not allow debit orders to go through without receiving signed documents approving the debit order
