Worst service from FNB Homeloans

I applied for a second bond on my existing FNB mortgage to do home improvements. My wife is blessed with another pregnancy and we needed the money to complete our oldest boy's new room to make way for the newborn.

I submitted the documents on October 8th at the Prieska branch. On October 10th i got a sms stating that the documents have been captured. After that i got a email on November 5th requesting extra documents, i submitted that documents on November 13th at the Prieska branch. When i phoned again today, December 2nd, the lady told me that there are still documents pending, different documents than the ones they asked for. According to the lady i spoke to they requested those documents on the 20th of November. So if i didn't phone i would never knew they are waiting for the documents.

Every time I phone, they ask for different documents!

If they gave me a list with all the required documents when i started the process, it would have taken maybe half the time, if not sooner to complete the process and complete the room!

They advertise to switch to FNB, if this continue like this i would rather advise people to switch from FNB to a different bank for better service
