Unable to activate Savings Pocket

Good Day

I am trying to transfer money online from my cheque account to the Savings Pocket account linked to my profile.

I am getting an error message - Invalid Acc Status - Error Code 50602. When I contacted the Call Centre I spoke to a gentleman in the Telephone Banking department. His response was that the reason for the error code was that I am high risk because I am currently under Debt Review. I told him that his answer makes absolutely no sense. I am trying to transfer my OWN money from my cheque account to the savings pocket!!! How could that put the bank at risk? When I asked to speak to his supervisor I was told that he already went home.

Please explain to me why being under Debt Review should prevent me from using the Savings Pocket account linked to my cheque account? I have no overdraft or any debt with FNB.
