I have been battling and battling to get an Absa Online payment reversed. Eventually I was given an email address I forwarded an email to digital at Absa dot co dot za requesting the REVERSAL of an Absa Online Payment to an FNB account number 62467366764. Now the response from Absa Digitalis thus: Report the matter to the SAPS and visit a Absa branch. Did this person fall on their head? The transaction performed from Absa is legitimate. I performed the transaction MYSELF, using my personal login credentials and now I'd like it reversed. The date of the transaction was 09/12/2014 and the amount, R1,000-00. There was NO INVOLVED HERE! I did the transaction. Me! Myself! Am I asking too much to have this particular transaction RECALLED, please. For goodness sake. Why must I got to the SAPS? There's absolutely no involved as far as my Absa account goes. I just want my money back! That's all!
