Towards the end of last year, Kim Pedro phoned to advise that she will be my private banker??!! And the offered the upgrade of accounts from Platinum to Graphite. The next day I sent her an email saying, I'm not interested and rather leave my accounts as is.
She sent me the downgrade forms and it was sent to her. Advised me that the credits/balances will be as is.

During December I've received sms's that you have not received my necessary payments? I phoned, I immediately transferred from my Cheque account to credit card.
The next day, received it again.
So I phoned AGAIN, then the consultant advised me that the graphite card have not been paid? He then transferred from my platinum credit card to graphite. I didn't even have a graphite card linked to my profile

I immediately tried to get hold of Kim Pedro. She was on leave, so Zandile assisted. She advised that she sent through the request to cancel. I then got hold of Kim on the 29th, when she came back from leave.

They (someone who dealt) with the query said they can't close the graphite, there's balance.
How can I have two credit cards, two balances, graphite I have not even used???
