Complaint / review text:
I was doing Christmas Shopping on 20 December 2014 and I needed to transfer R500 from my savings account into my smart account so that I could draw the R500 to give my children money for Christmas, as I only had my smart account bank card with me, and I accidentally transferred it into my cheque account (which is currently overdrawn). I went into FNB to see if they would kindly reverse the transaction and the lady said she would see what she could do. She said it will be done probably the same day or the next day. Nothing happened, so I had to borrow R500 from my brother for my children for Christmas. It is 8 January 2015 and they have still not reversed the R500. I really, really need that R500 back so I can give it back to my brother. It was really an accident that I had transferred the money to the wrong account and I PLEAD with FNB to please reverse it back into my SMART Account for me.
