Poor Service from Claims

On 22/12/14 I lodged a claim for the loss of my ring. On 23/12/2014 I received a email from Venetia, requesting a valuation certificate. This was already sent to Hollard on 3 occasions in the past and receipt of same confirmed telephonically with Hollard. Venetia then advised that she would confirm with Client Care regarding the certificates. I received an email from Venetia advising that an assessor would be appointed. I received an sms advising that the assessor would contact me within 48 hours. I received no communication from Hollard or the assessor and emailed Venetia on the 5/01/15 for feedback. I received no feedback and opted to contact Sandy Duvenage on the 12/01/15 who advised that she would look into the matter. I called again that day and received a call from the assessor, Sarah Moyo. I was requested to send the valuation certificates again. On 16/01/15 I was requested only by the assessor to report the loss to SAPS. The assessor has not yet finalised the report and she has been the only person who has kept in contact. I am disgusted with the service received from Hollard thus far. 4 weeks have passed and my claim is still not finalised. Imagine if I had to claim for a vehicle accident
