Complaint / review text:
My house was broken into on the 21 January 2015. I reported all the details to Dial direct straight away which took approx 20 minutes to give all details. I was asked when i could supply case number, i said 2 hours. They said they would contact me in 2 hours -never did. I supplied the case details myself the following morning at 8am. Since then i have been contacted twice by dial direct to supply details which i gave when reporting the incident. I have contacted them over 10 times to find out whats going on. The last call made they said someone would contact me before 3:30 pm -never did. I have complained twice on line with no response.insurance should be a relief in a time of stress! Obviously not with dial direct!!
