After numerous telephonic complaints, going from premier banking to the legal department and your smart device center my issue of a unauthorized debit order is still unresolved and therefore as per your request, I'm putting my complaint in writing.
On 28/01/2015 a unauthorized debit was made on my account to the amount of R2499.00. After speaking to the premier banking suit I was informed that this was a internal debit on behalf of FNB smart device department and was for full settlement on a device that I applied for online,
I then raised who gave authorization that my account could be debited as I never have done so. It was said to me that wit in the terms and conditions of the sale, that FNB had the right to debit for the full amount in the case that there was a default of payment on this device. I then requested either the contract, the voice recording or quotation of a credit sale, were I have personally signed and acknowledge the terms nad conditions therefore giving NB the right to debit my account.
