My Husband was in a car accident 22/01/2015 and it was declared a right off. Cecil was helping us with the claim.in the beginning was very helpful replied to our emails and phone calls. Then all of a sudden when you phone his extension it goes to voicemail you can never get hold of him. When you phone 011-9900500 go to claims department they give us a date for the pay out when that date comes no money. Then you speak to a Supervisor they give us a date for the pay out, and YET AGAIN no money. The last call to Miway was yester day 17/02/2015 they told my Husband that there was a problem their financial department and that all payment will be going out that same day and we have to wait another 3 working days. That means my Husband have been sitting without a car for a month. We cannot lookout for a car until the funds are available. We have changed to Miway as we hear it's a good insurance company, NOW I am not so sure!!!
