I went to the bank to reverse an un authorized amount on my account yesterday, and still same has not been done, I went to the Centurion brunch spoke to a lady that promised it will be done immediately, clearly I'm taken for granted as I need the amount to pay my accounts,

Please respond to my query, your service is really frustrating to say the least
