Staff incompetence costing me money

Complaint / review text:
FNB card phoned me asking if I was interested in a FNB credit card, they then went ahead with assessment, which after I qualified for the card, but needed to send trough a few document before it could be activated.

The next day I phoned in and and said that on second thought, I did not want your card and asked that the application be cancelled. The person on the line the agreed to do so.

Its been three months of debit orders going of my account for this ghost card (THAT DOES NOT EXIST)
I have phoned in every single to time to complain about this and where assured that it would be removed and the charges reverted.

Next step will bet to move to Steve's Bank!!!
