I can't go into detail because of an open complaint that I filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Predatory Lending: loan practice pertaining to disability. Telephone Harassment: repeated phone calls and practices. If you have complaints about Navient, file a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies, both state and federal agencies. The only way to stop their practices is to file a formal complaint. NOTE: Before you file a complaint review your loan application, regulatory rules/regulations and all laws, both state and federal that are pertinent to your situation and address each one. Complaints MUST be specific; generalized statements such as "they call me too much" won't cut it.
