I recently received notice from Medical Informatics Engineering that my personal information had been hacked among millions of others. My investment accounts had already been protected under my basic LifeLock plan. However, my bank accounts were not protected... I immediately signed up for the Ultimate Plan to protect those accounts. When I later viewed my account, I found that only two of my bank accounts were listed under Protected. The others were still listed under Bank Accounts, including two of them that were also listed under Protected.
I spent a solid week on the phone trying to get the other 3 moved to Protected with all kinds of promises that I would be taken care of. I was finally told that I would have to spend a lot of time with my banks to accomplish what I wanted.in this age of computers, I thought that the 5 bank accounts would automatically be moved from Bank Accounts to Protected by LifeLock. One of my problems is that I have been paying for Bank Protection that I have not been receiving. The other problem is strictly administrative!
