Complaint / review text:
Husband was misled into believing he was receiving a program written by John Tesh — his name was used as a selling point by the sales rep on the phone. Received package, and it was the John Cummata program that was going to cost a fortune if we did not cancel in 2 weeks. Customer Service denied any sales pitch involving John Tesh's name. Claimed not to know who John Tesh was! Salesperson (young woman) promised John Tesh's "Bible" for becoming debt-free.
Needless to say, we are returning the box immediately and notifying our bank not to honor any automatic debits to the Wealth Builders group in the future. So far, it has cost us only $6.95 plus return shipping. What a scam!!! He thought he was getting something worthwhile. Do not fall for this scam... This is how they are getting rich, by taking advantage of people and using false advertising to do it. On an A - F rating scale by BBB, Cummata and friends have an F rating.
