I contacted this company months ago regarding a garnishment in which I just happen to notice on my paycheck; no prior notification of possible garnishment was mailed directly to me. I explained financial hardship and I got derogatory comments from customer services agents. I finally received information to file for hearing on financial hardship.
The paperwork was returned in timely fashion along with copies of documents requested by this agency. I verified today, October 3rd 2011, whether it was received and the gal, I spoke with on the phone, informed me that such requests take 90 days for them to decide if a hearing will take place and they just received the paperwork on the 6th of September. They will send correspondence related to the hearing and if approved but in the meantime, they continue to garnish my wages and she stated that they will not stop garnishing until a decision is made.
This company is a joke.
