Follow-up to complaint lodged by myself on this venue 03-07-08. I have been in touch with the local owner, Dave Talbot, of Great Expectations, and I feel bad that I made a complaint without investigating all the facts. First of all, I have learned each Great Expectations location is locally owned. Secondly, I have found that one of the most reputable locations is the Baltimore location operated by Mr. Talbot. This location has very few complaints, and Mr. Talbot has offered to refund my $500.00 fee.
I feel very bad over the fact that I grouped all Great Expectations as one.in fact like McDonald's, these are franchised out; and it seems the Baltimore location has one of the best records of any service oriented business. The fact that Mr. Talbot sought me out to correct my misconception clearly indicates he is a man of integrity and operates a business based on integrity. To Mr. Talbot and his associate Courtney, I sincerely apologize.
