Geico has different rules for different states, a form of discrimination

Complaint / review text:
I do not have Geico insurance, but was rear-ended at a red stop light by a Geico customer.
My car was a total loss and it took two months to receive a check for the payment of my
car. I was told by two representatives that I would be reimbursed for the title transfer fee
and now five months later, I was told by an adjuster that because I live in Illinois, Geico
will not pay that. I checked with two other nationwide insurance companies and they
told me that they cover this in Illinois and also the state tax paid to purchase another vehicle
out of courtesy as it was their customer who was at fault. If I lived in another state, I would
be reimbursed by Geico, so this does not seem like a fair practice from such a large company.
