Unprofessional staff knowledge

Complaint / review text:
After waiting more than 20min to withdraw from our investment the lady at enquiries had no idea how to process it. She showed us to the tellers queue where we had to wait again. This person said only enquiries can help us with our request. This is nonsense as we have done this at the tellers by the main branch before. It is unacceptable that a bank has unequipped people working there on Saturdays as this is the only time most people have to do business.
