Complaint / review text:
I received my salary today 20/03/2015, and discovered that absa debt review department has put a hold on my cheque account, because I applied for debt reveiw. I can not access my money and really really need to access my money urgently, I have two children to feed and pay their school fees. I tried to contact the liaison officer that put the hold on my account on 011 221 7793, but the number is engaged all the time. My absa branch gave me his e-mail address and still no reply of any sort.
This is really urgent. I just need the hold to be lifted so I can transfer my salary to my savings account.
