Complaint / review text:
My loan rep, Neika Garan, was simply horrible. She was very slow to respond to emails, and then never really addressed my questions. I asked for a preapproval, which seemed to require too much thought for her to comprehend exactly how that works. I think she is just trying to to avoid having to make contact with people.
We ended up going with another company with fantastic terms and were approved in 2 days flat. I don't know how they stay in business with such horrible customer service.
I would recommend someone going to their local bookie before I would suggest they ever deal with this horrible company. Lesson learned.
