Complaint / review text:
My handset was damaged late in Dec 2014, I went ahead and booked it in at the nearest Cell C store as I am supposed to, which I was told by a Finrite call center member.
Almost 2 weeks later I had to go back to Cell C to collect the handset because they refused to book it in to repair - I then contacted Finrite's repair center and I have been sitting phone less since then.
After literally a full month of trying to get any answers out of Lindiwe from Finrite for how to get this handset repaired they sent a courier (5 Mar) to collect it and take it to Cell C Lakeside mall so that it can be booked in for repairs. Last night (1 Apr) I get a mail to say the handset has not been booked in! & they would have to contact the courier to see where it even was - are you kidding me?!
Lindiwe then called me this morning to basically apologize but then makes me hold for another 5 minutes while she tried to see where the handset actually is. As if I am not irritated enough by your lack of service.
My handset has been lying in the Cell C lakeside mall store for almost a month doing absolutely nothing.
I have now been told I must call Cell C Lakeside to find out what to do. Finrite is useless!
