Charged incorrect honouring fee on cheque account

Your bank charged me an incorrect honouring fee if there was sufficient funds in my account. The transaction is reflecting on my bank statement on the 1st April... But i did these two transactions on the 28th march... EXPLAIN THAT??? What are they penalising me for. I want this r120 reversed immediately. How can you charge me an honouring fee for a transaction that I did and was debited from my account on that day as there was sufficient funds in my account and i got the sms notifcations of these two transactions that was debited from my account AT THAT TIME and then because ur merchant probably "banked" their POS terminal late... Your client is penalised??? I got the two sms'es for those transactions that i did at that time. That is why i withdrew the funds from my account thereafter!!! I want this r120 fee reversed immediately!!! Or i will take this to the ombudsman for banking services... The transaction was done on the 28th march but banked on the 1st april... Reverse my funds...
