I have an RCS card, that i have paid up. Today i called to request to close the account.in was told i need to send a letter and a copy of my ID. I find this very ridiculous, because they allow to request to open accounts over the phone. Why do I need to send a copy of my ID to close the account, when they already have it, because i gave it to them when i applied for the account?
Why must it be such a painful process to close an account and yet it was so easy to open it?
All I want is to close the account!!!
