Sms from the bank regarding my new account

Complaint / review text:
I have opened a cheque account with the bank.
I then received the sms on the 23/04/2015 @11h27 read as follows:
Congratulations on opening an FNB account, Deposit R500 into your bank account by 22 May 2015 & receive R500 worth of ebucks (eB5000) in your ebucks account.

Now my problem is i have not received my eB5000 as per the sms and i contacted the customer service and i was told that i will not receive that!
All i need is FNB to honour their sms or i will move my account to another bank that will never send me the sms and not deliver.
