After closing my account, I received a call saying my account was over drawn, I'm thinking how? I closed it two weeks ago.
I had informed the employee assisting me in closing the account I have an automatic withdraw to my gym. He informed me I'd be okay, the gym also knew of the account switch and was on board. However, the account in question was not closed as I was promised, the gym went through when it was not supposed to and now after several days of not checking up on it, the bank is demanding 3 overdraw fees. It was closed.
Now I sit and wait for 3 employees to call me back from three different branches. It's been 3 days, no calls from them.
