Complaint / review text:
I lost my job and paid up my Fincoice Account and asked them repeatedly to close the account as I cannot afford the account.
According to the NCA they have to adhere to the fact that I cannot get any more credit as I am unemployed.
Finchoice failed to close my account within 48hours of payment and then I became a Victim of Identity.
The criminals got hold of all my details and started buying airtime on my Finchoice Account and another account I also tried to close. The other account got closed immediately and I suffered no loss.
I paid the account on the 02 June 2015 since then Finchoice refuses to close my account and to block it.
On the 9th of June I became a victim of identity.
I talked to numerous call centre agents.
But before them I talked to many more to try and close the account.
Guys beware when paying up your FInchoice Account - They refuse to close the account and then you become a victim of identity and Cyber Crime.
Makes one wonder if Finchoice employees is not in Cahoots with Criminals.
Finchoice - please send me a statement - I need it to open a Case at SAPS to investigate.
