Complaint / review text:
On the 28th Apr I received a call from Jack Smith, an account manager, at Aston Forex.in short, 7 weeks later I still cannot get back what they promised. After accepting the offer telephonically, I received an email from Mr. Smith stating the T&Cs of the offer.in short, this is part of it:

All the losses will be refund to you ($ by $)
And after 7day's you can decide if you want to keep trading with us or not,
If not you can withdraw your full investment without any fees or comotions
I was in contact with James Don, the broker through skype. 7th May I asked Mr. Don how my account looks. I also emailed Mr. Smith to find out. The 8th May Mr. Don said $60 profit and 2 good positions. My last response from Mr. Smith was on 30th Apr and from Mr. Don on 13th May. On the 13th, I asked what my account balance is & Mr. Don says $1792. I tried to withdraw $1750. Mr. Don was lying to me. Their superior, Mr. M. Brown says they have been fired. Now I dont receive responses from him either.
This is breach of contract.
Where is my money?
