I am really disappointed with the way Anthony Richards and associates handled me. I asked them since from the 9th of June for a settlement letter to settle my account, to date I haven't received anything and I always call them with my airtime and time but I don't get any joy. I have found the source to settle my account with Woolworths which is now in arrears and has been handed to Anthony Richards and associates but they can't assistance because they want a proof of my instalment from Anthony Richards, of which they are claiming to have sent it but nothing. I even gave them the alternative email for old mutual who want to assist me, but to date they also haven't received anything from Anthony Richards. I don't know how will I settle my account without know how much I have to pay as asked by my source of payment willing to assist me. Please help me to solve this matter because the amount due is increasing but I cant control it if they keep refusing with the settlement letter.
